My name is Nola Bellenger and over the last 16 years I, along with the fantastic team of coaches at Healthy Inspirations, have helped over 2,200 women (many just like you), to lose over 16,000 kilos – and keep it off for good.

When you're accepted into this program - you'll be sent an Easy Meal Prep program that's been designed to meet your goals, starting point, dietary preferences (and more) to release unwanted fat. This will be your "blueprint" for losing the weight.
You'll then work one-on-one with me or one of our coaches to guide you on your unique plan to transform your body.
And then - when you're successful in achieving the initial target, being 9 kilos in 6 weeks, we will give you your next 6 weeks free!
We also promise to use ALL the resources at our disposal to guarantee your success - as long as you follow the plan and commit to change.
With this program exercise is optional.
If you are currently exercising, just continue your exercise and get the extra results the Healthy Inspirations program offers.
But for those who are ready to start some exercise we offer advice starting with 5 to 10 min walks after meals. They are short, varied and fun and they'll have you looking better and feeling amazing in no time.
We know that losing weight and getting in amazing shape isn't as simple as following an exercise and nutrition plan. Otherwise everyone would be lean and looking amazing.

Despite what many people think, it's the personalised eating plan and the accountability from a coach that leads to weight weight loss, not exercise.
Ultimately, being physically active is important for health and to maintain your new weight after you've lost weight.
However you do not have to exercise to lose weight.
If you are an exerciser, the program will help you get better results.

In February 2024 I finally drew the line in the sand! I had struggled with my weight for years. I was in total denial – I thought I looked ok until I saw photos of myself, and then would promptly delete them. I had no self-control and would eat and drink whatever I felt like, telling myself you only live once! When in reality I felt so sick of myself, I hated being the fat jokey friend.
The crunch came when I did the Marilyn’s Brighton Jetty swim for The Cancer Council. I loved it and had a ball but when I saw the photos of me, I was horrified. I finally had the motivation and determination to do something about my weight.
I had often driven past Healthy Inspirations and knew of people who had attended, so I thought why not. I knew I couldn’t do it by myself and needed accountability. And the rest they say is history. I would never have believed it possible to lose the weight I have.
The encouragement, tips and support has been amazing from both the staff and fellow Healthies members who are now friends. I’ve lost the weight and found myself again. I feel so much better and have so much more energy. The joy of being able to shop for clothes not in the big girls’ section is fabulous.

I put on a lot of weight since having both my kids. The weight just slowly crept on over the years and I never prioritised myself. I developed poor eating habits and did no physical activity. I have now lost over 20kg with Healthy Inspirations and have never felt better.
My weight was impacting my health, and I knew it had to change. I was so unfit and couldn’t keep up with working full time and raising two kids. Life was so hectic that I would make unhealthy food choices out of convenience. I was always so tired; I had joint pain and felt a lot older than I was.
The motivation to lose weight came from a combination of feeling sluggish, noticing how my clothes didn’t fit as comfortably, and realising I wasn’t as healthy as I wanted to be. I also wanted to have more energy for my kids. My blood pressure was also on the high side, and it was a trigger for me to do something about it.
There were moments when I felt discouraged, especially when dealing with social situations or a little bit of extra stress at work. I just had to remember that staying consistent was key and that I couldn’t let temptations derail my progress. Once I got into a routine, including planning and preparing healthier meals, I never looked back, and I was consistently losing weight each week. I would not have achieved my goal if it wasn’t for all the support from Healthy Inspirations – the coaches, the nutrition plan, exercise classes, and the snacks and meals available to purchase.
Making time for exercise first thing in the morning is now a priority for me and with my supportive husband, I can make this happen.
I have now learnt to navigate social situations better and make good choices. I still enjoy myself with a meal out with friends or family and a glass of wine here and there. I have more energy than ever, and I can finally shop for any kind of outfit, rather than the ‘baggy top’. I have a renewed sense of confidence in myself and my abilities. I feel stronger and healthier overall.
I have always been overweight and self-conscious about my weight, even as a child. We grew up on an isolated farm and were completely self-sufficient with homemade everything including bread and sweets. From here I developed a love of sweet foods early on in life and found I would eat a whole block of chocolate rather than a just a piece.
As an adult I thought what I was eating was OK but it wasn’t as my serving sizes were huge and I was borderline diabetic for many years. At 70 years of age I knew I was overweight and had started feeling quite depressed about it. A friend of mine lost a lot of weight at another Healthies centre so I decided to do it and make a change for me.
I found the program easy to follow, especially with the help and support of the Healthies coaches which is amazing. I absolutely love the recipes and enjoy cooking in big batches so I don’t need to think about preparing different meals each day. I really need accountability and love my weekly nutrition check-ins with the coaches as it inspires me to keep working on my goals. At home you can weigh yourself, but there is no feedback as to how or why it has gone up or down, whereas in the centre there is the support, expertise and reassurance to keep working on your goals. Also the atmosphere is just fabulous!
Travelling is a big part of my lifestyle and I have managed to stick to my goals easily when I do. Overseas I have brought my Healthies snacks (like the protein shakes and bars) and select spirits over cocktails. When we go caravaning I pre-prepare as many meals as I can and we enjoy meat on the BBQ and salads. I also am a fan of low-calorie wine as an alternative with lots of ice to water it down.
Since losing the weight I am so much more confident and really like dressing up and wearing clothes (like dresses) that I have not worn in years! I now like making an effort because I feel so good in my clothes.
When you start we send you a new member pack with the materials you will be using. You meet with your coach each week at the same time by video chat (Zoom) or phone for a 15 minute checkin. Your first session with the coach is an extended session to explain exactly how to use the materials and make an easy start to the eating plan.
The coaching centre is located in Prospect South Australia. All coaching is done via video chat or phone, so it does not matter where you live. We have clients in every state and territory, in cities, suburbs and towns. If you live close to Prospect you can have your coaching sessions in our centre. It's your choice.
No it is not. As explained above, you enrol in the program and get the opportunity to win 6 weeks free coaching. Every client who loses 9 kilos in their first 6 weeks wins an additional 6 weeks free. This is just a fun incentive. We encourage every client to go at their own pace and not be competitive.
Not to lose weight. However exercise is valuable for both health and weight maintenance. We find that when people lose weight, moving is easier, joint pain is less, and body confidence improves.
The Healthy Inspirations ICT Reset program is unique. It combines 1: the individual carb tolerance eating plan, 2: one-on-one coaching and 3: comprehensive and ongoing education.

Your coach checks all your meals and snacks via SMS and Zoom. If you're not getting results, they'll know why not, and how to help you stay on track.
Yes! Most clients create one meal for them and their family, but the serving sizes for different family members may differ. Nobody will go hungry.
